COMPANY OVERVIEW
A global well-known company is currently seeking a Soda Ash Sales Manager to spearhead the development of their Soda Ash business in Malaysia. This role involves building strong partnerships with new customers, implement a strategic sales approach that not only launches and grows the Soda Ash business, but also strengthens client relationships, driving sustainable trading and sales performance in collaboration with their team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and expand Soda Ash business in Malaysia by identifying new customers and building strong client relationships.
Drive sales performance through effective strategies to increase revenue and profit, while monitoring progress against corporate goals.
Coordinate with Seoul office and internal teams to implement stock sales business models and ensure smooth operations.
Manage contracts and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate guidelines, and maintain accurate records.
Provide market intelligence and reporting, while participating in meetings and handling ad-hoc tasks related to business development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Trading, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the chemical industry, with strong exposure to Soda Ash distribution and diverse business models such as import/export, local sales and marketing, and warehouse inventory management.
