Job Responsibilities
Manage and develop M365 applications (Power Automate, SharePoint) and support in‑house software with vendors, including identifying security patch needs
Develop and maintain security procedures, guidelines, and manage patch & vulnerability programs
Implement and manage security controls; perform security assessments and work with teams to align security with business needs
Oversee network monitoring tools (Zabbix), customize monitoring dashboards, and coordinate with vendors to analyze traffic for anomalies
Create and maintain up‑to‑date network diagrams and documentation for troubleshooting and audits
Support incident response efforts, root cause analysis, Windows Server on Azure, Veeam backup configuration, and conduct security awareness training
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Proven background in software engineering with hands‑on cybersecurity and networking experience, including familiarity with Windows Server environments
Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Developer, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCNP, or similar are highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, networking protocols, cybersecurity frameworks, and overall IT infrastructure
Practical experience in software development, network monitoring solutions, security technologies, and managing Windows servers hosted on Azure
Skilled in using Microsoft 365 digitization tools
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving capabilities.
Must be a Malaysian citizen and willing to be based in Kuantan, Pahang
