A manufacturer of construction coating materials & related products is expending the business and is looking for Specification Manager. The role to enlisting company's product in specifications of maximum projects by developing contacts with architects, consultants and fabricators in order to ensure company's specifications are approved and followed at all project levels for profitable sales growth
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build up a strong business network within consultants, architects, designers, and project specifiers
- Get approvals on company's products for most projects in the assigned territory by providing necessary technical and commercial information to increase the chances of securing projects
- Maintained an updated database on all essential construction projects and architects
- Conduct technical and commercial training/orientation sessions at seminars
- Identify and map projects, influence the decision makers to ensure product specifications are approved, and secure the projects
- Participate in trade fairs, industry events and market feedback
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Civil Engineering/ Architecture
- At least 5 years of experiences in specification development, preferable in the building materials industry
- Have existing network with architect, developer & QS
- Strong communication skill and teamwork spirit
