Job Descriptions
- Responsible for factory layout of machine and assembly lines.
- Space optimization by reviewing opportunity of space saving activity.
- Liaise with production planner for the line UPH and capacity planning.
- Feasibility study on line performance, manpower utilization, work flow balancing, capacity utilization and carry out improvement activities.
- Work closely with Manufacturing Engineer/ NPI engineer for RFQ activities, including technical evaluation, cycle time estimation, and layout proposal.
- Analyse test results, detect issues and track root causes
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering
- Proven work experience in Industrial engineering
- Familiarity with QMS, EMS, OHS regulations
- Familiar with Ms Office and AUTOCAD
- Ability to hands-on environment in an operating plant
- Familiar with or knowledgeable in SAP system
