JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Proactively recognizing market potential and structuring information for growth
- Conducting market research and feasibility studies to analyze new market opportunities
- Collecting and verifying market needs, technologies, barriers to entry, value chains, cost structures, etc.
- Collaborating with global sales/marketing and R&D teams to explore technology for secondary rubber/polymer lattices
- Facilitating market intelligence and competitor analysis to validate growth opportunities
- Spearheading company brand initiatives, managing marketing programs, and engaging with potential customers
- Planning and executing new product launches, providing training, and preparing marketing presentations
- Developing Annual Marketing and Budget plans based on research insights and marketing strategy
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business, science or engineering discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in sales & marketing, product management or equivalent from specialty chemicals industry.
- Experience in market research is a must.
- Experience in latex products and/or dipped goods are advantageous
- Knowledge and understanding of the business-to-business work in understanding and penetrating new market ideas, ensuring alignment to corporate strategy.
- Strong influencing and collaborative skills to accomplish tasks, projects, and analytics.
- Excellent quantitative analytical skills
