Supply Chain IT Solution Architect
A reputable MNC located at Penang Science Park is seeking a career-oriented Supply Chain IT Solution Architect to join their team. You will be reporting to the head of IS Business Applications, the individual will be tasked with overseeing the implementation of IS business applications within the Dynamics 365 realm. Their primary objective will be to optimize overall business process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating the overarching technical vision for addressing Supply Chain challenges.
- Cultivating and maintaining a robust relationship with the Business, functioning as an Account Manager for the Supply Chain division.
- Developing and integrating information systems tailored to meet the needs of the function.
- Collecting business requirements, ideas, and initiatives from business teams and translating them into potential projects to drive change.
- Facilitating collaboration among relevant groups and stakeholders.
- Conducting functional and technical impact analyses, evaluating project constraints, risks, and alternatives.
- Assessing the current systems architecture and suggesting solutions for enhancement.
- Collaborating with project management and IT development teams to ensure IT systems align with business requirements and engaging with external suppliers.
- Addressing technical issues as they arise and coordinating with support teams to resolve them promptly.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for improving software and IT processes.
- Orchestrating the decommissioning of legacy systems.
Key Requirements:
- Hold a university degree in information technology or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in various implementations, including ERP D365 F&O and Supply Chain processes, particularly in managing EDI data flows.
