Main responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Executive role
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through various channel.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate salary and other terms as necessary.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
