JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute hiring strategies to successfully scale several teams from scratch.
- Screen, filter and select candidates for hiring managers review.
- Utilize company resources to get quality candidates for the organization.
- Responsible for company branding awareness to attract right candidates to join the organization.
- Keep track record of candidates.
- Organize and involve for campus hiring, career fair & etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Above 5 years of talent acquisition experience, highly preferred in financial or technology industry.
- Experience for volume hiring.
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders, able to articulate concepts and thoughts clearly.
- Come with an appreciation for multi cultures, able to adapt and react with agility in tight situations.
- Enjoy problem-solving and embrace changes.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, bilingual in Chinese is highly preferred.
- Willing to work at center of Kuala Lumpur.
