CHANNEL SALES OPERATION MANAGER – ELECTRONICS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Main focal person for regional channel account.
• Routine operation and management of APAC Regional Partners Ecosystem, coordinate with related department to carry out internal training activities.
• Develop and manage partner marketing activity plans and support partner precision marketing activities.
• Maintenance of rebate management program and sales performances verification
• Support region in implementation promotional activities, channel policy, MBO, and partner capability certification
• Responsible to coordinate sell out, inventory, forecast and purchase management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in business, finance, engineering, marketing or equivalent
• Recognize the value of cooperation with partners, and have relevant work experience in channel and partner development, management, and operation is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Adaptative with multi-cultural environment, ability to learn and understand technical products and principle quickly.
