Job Description
As part of business expansion in Malaysia, the company is looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Manager to help to build up sales revenue and technical support competency.
 The position is on full-time basis and to be based at office in Shah Alam of Malaysia. 
Ultimately, the role is to help to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to the company rapid and sustainable growth.
 
Job Responsibilities
• Approach OEMs/contractors/distributors which are using gear reducer, gearmotor, and motor.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, etc.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Provide sales and technical support to customer or prospect or colleague.
• Prepare sales reports which are required on weekly and monthly basis.
• Update CRM system and use it for customers monitoring.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle customer complaint.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better result.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with team members.
 
Job Requirements and skills
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in industrial gear reducer, gearmotor, and motor sales.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Deep understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Independent, fast learner, and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation.
