In this role, you will respond to customers’ technical needs to help maintain and accelerate their development schedules, build strong customer relationships, and become a trusted technical partner.
Responsibilities
- Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and web channels, resolving all customer technical issues.
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate support groups when necessary.
- Create and manage customer data records in internal applications to ensure proper data integrity.
- Collect and document knowledge to enable self-service solutions.
- Create and edit knowledge base articles to help customers resolve issues independently.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science-related field such as IT, electrical engineering, automotive, or manufacturing support
OR at least one year of hands-on experience in a technical support role. - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese and English.
