JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Recruit & train the technician team

·         Provide regular updates on the technical support system, ticketing,

·         incidents, cases and escalate issues to higher level when required in

·         coordination with the project director of the project

·         Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to

·         external clients when required

·         Delivering regular and customized training to people within the

·         Business

·         Assisting the future team growth and organizing the client’s support

·         in Asia/Pacific area

 

JOB REQUIREMENT

·         Team player, willing to work in a small team and a multi-cultural

·         Extraordinary customer service and relationship management

·         Experience

·         Engineering background - IT / Computer science

o    Development knowledge for integration – IT

o    Datacenter architecture knowledge

o    Mobile application (Android / IOS)

·         Multiple-components & workflows ability

·         Openmind in technics (mechanical, electronic, IT)

o    Willing to learn & flexible

·         International exposure

·         10 years of experience

·         Traveling frequently abroad

·         Proficiency in English

·         Proficiency in Cantonese
