Job Descriptions
Responsible for the transition of new products and processes from engineering to manufacturing and supply chain.
Responsible for all manufacturing test equipment and fixtures setup, maintenance, calibration, evaluation, and troubleshooting.
Responsible for Customer product test method, evaluation, enhancement and RMA test failure analysis.
Manage test yield, up time performance, capacity analysis, root cause analysis, improvements, and debug Work In Progress (WIP) inventories.
Assist Technicians in developing testers operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and product debugging methods and skillsets.
Job Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in PCBA/Box System manufacturing or Test Engineering, preferable from EMS background.
Familiar with ESS/HASS chamber and capable of creating a test profile, test fixture/rack based on customer test specification
Experience in analog and digital circuit theory, statistical analysis tools
Capable of performing failure analysis at system level down to device electronics boards.
Knowledge of operating the basic test instruments such as digital oscilloscope, LCR meter, spectrum analyzers etc.
Capable of learning and understanding from Customer Test documentation, Schematic, Drawing, CAD file, component datasheets etc.
