JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to ensure an environment based on high performance culture.
  • Continuously participating in improvement processes in order to contribute to effectiveness and efficiency within the team and the Market.
  • Takes initiative in helping others- buddying, highlighting bottlenecks.
  • Takes responsibility, correcting problems quickly and decisively.
  • Supporting the communication channels in place, in order to ensure alignment within the team members.
  • Supporting the Operations Manager in identifying team’s needs and facilitate solutions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Native in local language (Thai)
  • Acceptable in English in case English is not a market language
  • Able to converse fluently and handle stressful situations or difficult customers in a calm & professional manner.
  • Preferable driver’s license, technical vehicle related education and general interest in automotive.
  • IT and CMS skills.
