JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Rectify production tool problems, maintain production tools in tip top condition by minimize tool downtime.
- To support production tool set up.
- Work with production team for area of improvement if found any abnormality.
- To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- SPM or certificate level.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tool repair molding manufacturing industry.
- Capable to repair plastic injection molding tooling.
- Preferred skill on repair insert mold tooling.
- Capable operate tap weld machines, surface grinding machines, milling machines for minor tool touch up.
