COMPANY OVERVIEW
One of the multinational companies is hiring Training and Development Manager based in Bintulu, Sarawak. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs with a focus on content development, program coordination and needs analysis to meet the needs of both individual employees and the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organize and execute a training schedule, oversee sessions, workshops, and events, and present training module content.
  • Ensure that new hires undergo thorough induction training, achieving proficient skills and knowledge relevant to their roles.
  • Demonstrate expertise in theory and practical implementation of learning and development strategies.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of internal employees' needs to pinpoint learning gaps and areas for performance enhancement.
  • Stay up to date about industry trends, actively participate in educational opportunities, and engage with professional organizations.
  • Coordinate activities related to the planning, development, and delivery of training programs, both in the field and through online platforms across various channels.
  • Provide recommendations on suitable communication tools and project management resources to ensure a real-time and close connection with business leaders, aligning with organizational priorities and promptly addressing changes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, BA, Educational Technology, or related major is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of practical experience in content development, as well as planning and overseeing extensive and intricate training events and programs.
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in formulating and implementing corporate training plans.
  • Essential skills include robust organizational abilities, effective interpersonal communication, public speaking proficiency, and adept verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of efficiently managing multiple programs and activities simultaneously.
  • Willing to relocate to Bintulu Sarawak.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
