JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountable & responsible for safe handling and distribution of chemical products from assigned locations until destination

Responsible to recruit and develop trucks and trailers drivers

Implementation and governance of safety aspect to all drivers

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of incidents & implement actions plan

Perform and ensure route and customer’s Site Risk Assessments

Conduct periodic audit of Transporter Depots to ensure compliance to company's safety standard
-
Develop effective program to motivate and instill good driver practice.

Graduate degree holder, preferably in Science or any other technical stream

Experience in training all types of trucks and trailers drivers
-
Hold valid commercial heavy vehicle driving license and a minimum 5 years of driving such vehicles.

Preferably have undergone any Driving Instructor Courses and Certificate Programs

Ex-Armed Force candidates (worked in Mechanical Transport trade, with good driving & people management skills) to be given preference.
- Preferably candidate who are residing in Kuching Sarawak and able to work in Samajaya area.
