We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager in logistics & freight forwarding. You will serve as the main point of contact, working closely with the Global Manager to expand the business, monitor account P&L Targets and ensure operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include planning, organizing and monitoring day to day operations, meeting service level agreements as well build and leading a high performing team.

- Lead, Direct and Manage operations for imports/exports as the main point of contact.
- Assist Global Manager to expand business, monitor and achieve Account P&L target.
- Plan, organize, and control the day-to-day operation and ensure all service level agreements are fulfilled.
- Preparation of quarterly customer stewardship meetings and other customer reporting/meetings
- Ensure shipment requirements are met and jobs are completed within the prescribed KPI limits.
- Leads and build an efficient team to achieve organization goals.
- Validate set system procedures are being followed correctly for required departments.
- Responsible for daily documentation tracker report generation/monitoring/KPI conformance
- Responsible for reconciliation, review, and approval of carrier charges and other supplier invoices relating to documentation.
- Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation as well as internal and external communication and information deliverables.
- Responsible for correct and timely provision of all freight documentation to customers
- To conduct periodical SOP review with the objective to increase operational efficiency by automating processes and eliminating risk area.
- Ensure compliance with the applicable statutory law, good business practice and regulations in the respective jurisdictions.
Job Requirement:
- Preferably candidate with ocean freight experience
- Experience in freight forwarding
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Multitask and willing to contribute extra hours when business situation requires.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, positive dealing with challenges and deliver results within tight deadlines.
