Our client is a reputable petrochemical company located at Kuantan, Pahang. They are looking for Utility Section Manager with experience in utility operation, WWT and process exposure to ensure safe and smooth utility operation.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Managing utility section, trouble shoot and rectify operation problem
- Ensure smooth utility operation according to total quality, safety & Occupational and Environmental Management System
- Manpower management, including develop skills & attitude and monitor the performance of the personnels.
- Liaison with other section/ department related to utility section activities
- Prepare monthly report and attend departmental monthly meeting for safety, maintenance and supervisor meeting
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 7 years of working experience in manufacturing environment with minimum 3 years in Managerial roles, preferable from Polymer/ Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Oleochemical Plant and ISO Certified Manufacturing Company
- Experience in operating and managing Plant Utilities and Effluent Treatment Plant
- Knowledgeable in Fire Protection System & competencies in Environmental related field certified by EiMAS is preferred
- Involvement in Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS) and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) is an added advantage
- Possess good leadership skills, critical thinking skills and problem solving skills
