Integrate vision systems with automated processes and motion controls based on model data, including mathematical modeling and software solution development.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to gather and validate system requirements.
Design and develop automated inspection and guidance solutions using advanced vision and sensing technologies.
Provide hands-on implementation and mentorship to team members.
Drive innovation in technical concepts, manage project costs, and ensure timely delivery.
Stay informed on the latest advancements in vision, automation, and sensing technologies.
Generate detailed design specifications for development projects.
Offer internal and on-site support during system integration phases.
Assist in the creation of comprehensive test plans and technical documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in working with vision system databases.
Expertise in selecting appropriate cameras, lighting, and lenses for applications such as defect detection and part location.
Strong programming skills in Visual C#, WPF, C++, and Python.
Experience in developing vision systems with Halcon and Opteon cameras.
In-depth knowledge of machine vision programming and related disciplines.
Proficiency in automation controls, motors, and sensors, including PLC, CTC, Beckhoff PC, controllers, servo, and stepper motors.
Familiarity with wiring and cabling specifications, including sizing, terminations, and load/temperature requirements.
Strong understanding of industrial machinery design.
Skilled in statistical analysis and its applications.
