JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
- Engage with existing clients to provide comprehensive support in Workday modules, offering expertise in Business Process and Configurations, Time Off, Time Tracking, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence.
- Lead the Workday implementation work stream, making informed decisions and suggesting best practices related to Workday functionality.
- Participate actively in all phases of Workday implementations, from conception to post-production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for the development of new Workday service offerings.
- Coordinate seamlessly with offshore consultants to ensure efficient project execution.
- Contribute to architecture, scoping, implementation, and post-production efforts within project teams.
- Collaborate closely with clients to determine data conversion requirements from legacy systems.
- Support data cleansing, conversion, and validation processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Configure Workday solutions to align with client-specific needs and requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of business processes and Workday configuration to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop and deliver customized training materials and documentation to clients.
- Exhibit independence while providing regular status updates to assigned Engagement Managers.
- Manage and coordinate deliverable schedules, ensuring timely completion to meet client timelines.
- Play a proactive role in business development, actively contributing to solutioning new deals and presenting tailored solutions to potential clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Workday HCM Certification, with a strong emphasis on Workday security and cross-functional architecture, as well as testing strategies.
- Additional Workday Certification(s) or Specializations (Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Talent Optimization, Time Tracking) are highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation project.
- Exceptional English communication skills, capable of effectively engaging both functional and management audiences, as well as external clients.
- Practical exposure gained from Workday implementation projects, highlighting your expertise in project execution.
- Practical experience in HR data migration and/or integrations projects, particularly during "to Cloud" transformation initiatives.
- Strong consulting aptitude, with a knack for managing and exceeding customer expectations.
- Proficiency in analytical thinking, utilizing analytics and reporting tools such as pivot tables.
- Outstanding presentation skills, including the ability to create engaging and informative PowerPoint materials, including infographics.
- Project management skills or previous project management experience are considered advantageous.
