Our client is a Japanese company in energy business in Pasir Gudang.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
- Report to Director (Japanese).
- Responsible for month-end closing, timely preparation of financial management reports
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of Accounting FRS, Taxation, GST and other relevant local regulations, train, execute and ensure compliance to these regulations
- Overall in charge of Accounts Payables function, Fixed Assets management, General Ledger and Cost Accounting
- Maintain effective liaison with external parties such as auditors, tax agents and other relevant parties ensures compliance with accounting standards, Companies Regulations and statutory
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accounting.
- 5-8 years with experience in trading/manufacturing industry.
- Analytical and meticulous for details
- Sound knowledge to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company statutory regulations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
