Your new company:
An established energy MNC based in Malaysia. They specialize in providing innovative and sustainable solutions for the heavy and civil engineering industry. They provide construction contractor, engineers and technical advisory to operations and maintenance of power systems.

Your new role:
You will be part of the Power & Grid: Commercial / Planning Division Contract Administration team, Providing crucial support to the Company’s Service Business and Contract Administration Team.

You will play an important role to:
  • Processing of Requests for Quotes (RFQs) from customers;
  • Preparing and issuing of RFQs to suppliers;
  • Processing of quotes from suppliers;
  • Preparation of quotes to customers;
  • Processing of orders from customers;
  • Preparation and issuing of orders to suppliers;
  • Preparation of shipping documentation;
  • Invoicing;
  • Preparation and checking of Progress Payment Sheet;
  • Updating of data into SBU Master sheet;
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required from time to time.
  • Follow up deliveries / shipments from vendors
  • Preparation of weekly monitoring report
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree or similar.
  • Fresh graduate preferred.
  • Working experience as Sales Coordinator in Machinery / Trading Industry of not more than 2 years in total.
  • Experience with using Navision will be an added advantage.
  • Experience or background in Procurement / Purchasing and logistics preferable.
  • Potential fresh graduate will be considered.
  • Computer literate with MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.
