JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Fully utilize the usage of equipment, facilities and building spaces as well as to prevent machines and reduce downtime.

Evaluate and carry out improvements for facilities in the plant for higher operational efficiency.

To build and implement the maintenance works required for the facilities, equipment and utilities in the factory.

To oversee EHS programs in the factory.
To oversee, observe and ensure that government's laws, rules and regulations on EHS matters and facilities such as fire systems, lift, boiler, hot work are applicable for the company are fully followed and complied. -
Strategize and perform various preventative and corrective works equipment, facilities and building in best conditions.
To oversee, plan, check quality, cost and safety for various projects.
To prepare and perform accident / incident prevention programs.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in E&M building, facilities engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience of general works; on buildings and on SMT Electronics Manufacturing.
