Our client, MNC Manufacturing Based Company, looking for well experience Facilities Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, including coordinate repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operation
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, schedules, and protocols to ensure optimal functioning of all building system
To manage wastewater treatment plant final discharge water meets DOE standard requirement and ensure daily water treatment quality before discharge
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or any other relevant field
Minimum 10 years’ experience in building facilities maintenance with a strong understanding of building systems and maintenance
Strong analytical mind, high integrity and result driven.
Possess hands-on attitude, with team work spirit and able to lead a team
