COMPANY OVERVIEW
An established manufacturing company is looking for a skilled experienced assistant to finance manager. You will play in a crucial role of handling financial management tasks such as generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends, and evaluating the company's financial health.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the finance department's operations and development, including review, budgeting, and regular assessment of financial procedures.
Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, making sure that the compliance with tax and financial reporting standards, and assist with cash flow forecasting.
Perform other ad hoc accounting tasks as assigned by finance manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Mandarin and English to support market needs, and to liaise with vendor and clients from Malaysia, China or Taiwan.
Has relevant working experience in full sets of accounts, as well as preparing financial reports.
Having experience and knowledge in IFRS and SAP system will be an advantage.
