With the recent expansion, our client is looking to hire a Marketing Assistant Manager based in their office in Kuala Lumpur
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead in the efforts to build and oversee the company's marketing team.
Work independently with minimal oversight and foster strong teamwork with the other teams.
Analyse clients to develop personalised marketing campaigns, maintain up-to-date client information on CRM, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
Engage with potential clients, create presentations, and support client proposals to drive business growth.
Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports to senior management
Assess marketing campaign effectiveness using KPIs to identify areas for improvement and monitor market trends and competitor analysis.
Allocate and manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximise ROI while tracking expenses to ensure adherence to financial limits.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and B2B marketing.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
