We are seeking a proactive Assistant Sales Manager to drive strategic sales initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, and grow our presence in the savoury meat segment of the food ingredient industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate on promotional campaigns.
- Stay informed on industry trends and provide technical support to clients and team.
- Monitor sales performance and present reports to management.
- Guide and coach junior team members to uphold professional standards.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Technology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in food ingredient sales with a proven track record.
