Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the operations team.
- Oversee and manage Front End & Back End Processes in the semiconductor industry.
- Utilize knowledge and exposure in Power Semiconductor Devices to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Lead and support Industry 4.0 / digitalization projects, ensuring seamless integration and workflow automation.
Key Requirements:
- Master's or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical & Electronics/ Physics /Microelectronics /Mechatronics /Semiconductor Technology).
- Experience: More than 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Skills in Power Semiconductor Devices, Front End & Back End Processes, and Industry 4.0 / digitalization projects.
- Leadership qualities: Strong leadership skills, ability to inspire and motivate teams, proficiency in statistical data analysis, analytical problem-solving skills, excellent project management skills, ability to optimize resources and processes, familiarity with supply chain management principles, and strong risk analysis and evaluation skills.
