THE JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Application Assistant Manager, you will be involved in the full cycle implementation, configuration, training, installation for the company using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations modules.
- To provide day-to-day technical support to various users regarding specific operational/applications issues.
- To provide proactive support advice, contributing to product quality and enhancements.
- To prepare functional specification for customizations required.
- To prepare User Manuals and deliver training to end users.
- To provide pre-go live and post go live end user support.
- To ensure project documents are complete and project is delivered successfully as per the plan.
- To prepare business process discovery documents.
- To advise stakeholders on solution usage and help minimize gaps between standard product customer's business processes with creative configuration.
YOUR PROFILE
- Must possess at least bachelor's degree, Professional Degree or Diploma preferably in Information Technology or any other equivalent.
- Have Microsoft Certified Engineer of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation.
- Experienced in Microsoft Dynamic 365 F&O (Finance) for more than 3 years.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and good documentation skills.
- A logical approach to problem solving and have strong work ethic.
