JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate business strategies for existing portfolio companies.
- Oversee and manage pre-sales and marketing activities to attract new clients through networking and supporting business plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business development opportunities, aligning with headquarters' policies and market potential.
- Identify and recognize potential investment and business collaboration prospects.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings attended by headquarters.
- Manage risks, monitor stakeholder sentiment, and address project issues.
- Develop and implement business and action plans, along with handling internal reporting.
- Maintain detailed records of stakeholder interactions, feedback, and decisions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian citizen.
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
- Demonstrate strong academic performance, achieving a 2nd Class Upper (CGPA 3.00) and above.
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in business development within the ICT industry.
- Advantage to have experience in consulting services for enterprise digital transformation, business development, and/or financial modeling.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills, independence, and self-motivation.
- Demonstrate responsibility, meticulousness, a positive working attitude, strong teamwork skills, ethical mindset, and a mature and confident disposition.
