Job Descriptions

  • Provide technical support to operations teams with troubleshooting quality and operational problem. (Surface Treatment Process)

  • Handle internal & external quality system audit.

  • Performed investigations prior to quality issues and conduct simulations to eliminate the defects. Involved in CAPA and provide improvements to improve the process.

  • Responsible for the safe and effective operation of Productions and Laboratory. Develop, monitor and report key bath parameters.

  • Manage chemical inventory and scheduling of chemical dumping cycle at Chromating and Degreasing Line.

  • Participate in Engineering Team for dirty and contamination issues.

  • Involve and knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE). Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause-Corrective Actions (RCCA), Fish -bone analysis.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.

  • Proven work experience as a Chemical Engineer or similar role

  • Ability to cooperate and communicate with others, especially those without a technical background

  • Computer literacy to run simulations and conduct ongoing research

  • Exceptional problem solving, verbal and written communication, presentation and project management skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project)

  • This role is based in Sungai Petani.
