We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of specialized HVAC and cleanroom construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in C&S or M&E works, and proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion while meeting quality, safety, and budget standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop execution plans, project timelines, and milestones; coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage project budgets; monitor expenses, approve contracts, and control variations.
  • Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently; oversee subcontractors and suppliers.
  • On-Site Supervision: Manage daily site operations, ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality procedures and ensure project deliverables meet cleanroom and HVAC standards.
  • Health & Safety: Enforce safety protocols, conduct site audits, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main liaison with clients, consultants, and authorities; provide regular progress updates.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, progress reports, RFIs, and handover documents.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and adapt plans where necessary.
  • Project Closeout: Ensure completion of punch-list items, manage final inspections, commissioning, and client handover.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural Engineering, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in construction project management (preferably in HVAC, cleanroom, or M&E environment).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC/cleanroom construction methods, materials, and compliance standards.
  • Strong financial, contractual, and time management expertise.
