JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Organization and carry out tender activity as a Tender Project Manager.
- Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the construction cycle.
- Overall responsibility for site administration, procurement, quality assurance and safety control.
- Ensure that the project is completed within the contract period and budget.
- Comply with client / consultant and applicable legal and other requirements.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, schedule, value engineering and cost reduction efforts.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
- 3+ years’ leadership experience in the field of Multinational company project construction or leadership experience in tendering work.
- Understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to lead a diverse team to achieve a common goal.
- Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Able to conduct overseas business trip and must be willing to relocate for project requirement locally, including overseas.
- Licensure as either a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is desired.
- Well-versed in Ms Office, Ms Project, or P6 Primavera.
