Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma
- High proficiency in English both written and spoken
- Candidate possesses 6 months - 1 year of customer service / call-center / front desk or any relevant experience is preferred.
- Must be open to work on 24 hours rotational shifts (9 hours per day, 5 days per week). Morning: 8am - 5pm, Afternoon: 3pm - 12am,Night: 11.30pm - 8.30am
Job Responsibilities:
- You will handle livechat and email inquiries or requests.
- You are responsible for resolving customers' concerns and answering the questions to the best ability.
- You are responsible for handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
