Job Description:
 
  • Handle all customer inquiries/complaints in specific language markets through online chat, social media, and other communication tools.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers via phone/chat tools.
  • Address product-related inquiries, complaints, or any issues related to the product through email or online channels, following company guidelines.
  • Understand customer issues and provide the most suitable solution
 
Job Requirements
  • Responsible, reliable, and of good moral character.
  • Able to work both in a team and independently.
  • Capable of handling pressure while maintaining interpersonal and service desk communication skills.
  • May be assigned additional duties.
  • Must have basic computer knowledge.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese due to need to support China market.
  • Willing to relocate to work in Manila, Philippines.
