Job Description:
- Handle all customer inquiries/complaints in specific language markets through online chat, social media, and other communication tools.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers via phone/chat tools.
- Address product-related inquiries, complaints, or any issues related to the product through email or online channels, following company guidelines.
- Understand customer issues and provide the most suitable solution

- Able to work both in a team and independently.
- Capable of handling pressure while maintaining interpersonal and service desk communication skills.

- Must have basic computer knowledge.
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese due to need to support China market.
