Job Descriptions:
- Support the industrialization of new product developments from the process definition phase.
- Guarantee an up-to-date documentation, ERP Bill of material and Bill of process (routings).
- Lead continuous improvement projects such as cost improvement or corrective actions, both at internal and external manufacturing sites.
- Work in close cooperation with Quality, maintenance, and production to analyze and reduce the internal scrap and customer returns, for internal manufacturing site.
- Support the Transfer projects from other supplier sites.
- Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows of supplier sites.
- Drive improvement on equipment effectiveness (OEE), indicators include MTBA, MTBF, MTTR, MTTA, and to support daily management items to ensure line stability.
- Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures.
- Assembles reports to document process status and changes.
- Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
- Actively engage in NPI phase, represent Operation to ensure seamless transition to mass manufacturing.
- Responsible for Test handler equipment PnP and Gravity handler key performance indicators on Productivity, Yield and Quality
- Provide technical support for the improvement, installation, validation, and transfer of replicated custom automated equipment used in the scale-up of manufacturing for existing or new products.
- Lead or support cross functional equipment deployment teams while working with outside suppliers to meet equipment specifications and timelines.
Job Requirements:
- 10 years working experience in engineering related department (preferred in Automotive or electronic / electric manufacturing)
- Bachelor's degree Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronic / Mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Experience in Project Management and Lean Manufacturing (VSM, Kanban, Visual Management)\
- Proficiency in process definition and optimization (working instructions, OEE, ppm
scrap rate) - Technical know-how in Continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, 6 Sigma) and Problem solving (5 why, Fish bone diagram, A3, PDCA)
- Broad knowledge in overall Semiconductor manufacturing processes especially in Wafer Sort and Final Test process. With direct experience in any/all the following areas: equipment maintenance and/or process engineering.
- Knowledgeable in ATE and Test handler Nextest Magnum, Advantest V93000, Pick and Place Handler and Gravity Feed handler will be an added advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Autodesk inventor (or equivalent) and well verse in mechanical drawing is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of material and thermal mechanical simulation tools is an advantage.
- Possess Project management and statistical data analysis skills.
- Experience of standards (ISO 9001, ISO IATF ISO/TS16949, ISO 14001)
- Experience in ERP Maintenance
