Job Description:
Provide daily customer care support based on notification alerts received via email.
Contact customers to inform them about low supply levels and check if they need stock replenishment.
Process orders in SAP according to customer requests and requested delivery dates.
Update customer information in SAP and Excel files as necessary to ensure accuracy.
Job Requirements:
Working knowledge of Customer Care
Communicate and interpersonal skills
Follow-up skills
Microsoft Office, Excel, Words, Powerpoint
Working experience with SAP System knowledge.
