Job Responsibilities
Set up accounting systems and chart of accounts.
Ensure accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Prepare financial statements and management reports.
Monitor cash flow and liquidity.
Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements.
Oversee payments, collections, and treasury operations.
Develop initial financial models and forecasts.
Set up budgeting processes for departments and production units.
Monitor capital expenditures and working capital needs.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
Job Requirements
Possess Degree in Accounting, with professional membership would be added advantage.
5–8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
Proven track record in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
