This is a key strategic role in driving financial and operational planning, supporting management with insightful analysis and accurate reporting, aligning business objectives with financial outcomes, and fostering continuous performance improvement.
Job Responsibilities
Acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring business goals are supported by strong financial plans.
Translates complex data into actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
Leads forecasting, scenario modelling, and variance analysis to proactively manage risks and opportunities.
Supports investment evaluations, resource allocation, and operational planning.
Plays a key role in driving business performance reviews, identifying gaps, and recommending corrective actions
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, or related roles.
Strong analytical, financial modelling, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
