A leading company in logistic industry in Penang is seeking for FP&A Manager. This is a key strategic role in driving financial and operational planning, supporting management with insightful analysis and accurate reporting, aligning business objectives with financial outcomes, and fostering continuous performance improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring business goals are supported by strong financial plans.
- Translates complex data into actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Leads forecasting, scenario modelling, and variance analysis to proactively manage risks and opportunities.
- Supports investment evaluations, resource allocation, and operational planning.
- Plays a key role in driving business performance reviews, identifying gaps, and recommending corrective actions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
