We are seeking an experienced and driven leader to join our dynamic team. This person will be responsible for the Process Integration Department to drive process, yield and quality improvements in a systematic data driven way.
Job Descriptions
- Establish the process to process and process to OQC interactions during the product development and NPI phase
- Develop predictive models for data trends and anomalies
- Responsible for developing new metrology and test methods
- Build up the core competency of the team to meet/exceed all department targets
- Work cross-functionally in a collaborative mode with multiple groups including Product Development, Process Development, NPI, Quality, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Summarize complex problems, develop actions to address them, and build consensus across teams to drive for solutions.
- Reporting progress and status to higher management and customers
Job Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in the field of process integration within the semiconductor or optical industry
- BSc/MSC/PhD Degree in Electronic Engineering / Material Science / Physics/ Photonics / Optics and/or equivalent experience
- Strong process integration knowledge in the field of semiconductor industry
- Excellent understanding of metrology methods in the field of optical or semiconductor industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team building skills
