JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Drive and leverage all HR programs including performance management, compensation, executive and employee development, succession planning, work force optimization, staffing and benefits.
- Monitor and review HR policies, ensure smooth HR operations within the organization.
- Drive talent management processes, including talent review and succession planning
- Work closely with various departments on the detailed headcount budget i.e. approved headcount, respective personnel cost and training cost for the forecast plan and annual budget plan
- Lead employment process in line with legal requirements and company procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Exposure from oil & gas industry.
- Able to work in fast pace working environment.
