JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive and leverage all HR programs including performance management, compensation, executive and employee development, succession planning, work force optimization, staffing and benefits.
  • Monitor and review HR policies, ensure smooth HR operations within the organization.
  • Drive talent management processes, including talent review and succession planning 
  • Work closely with various departments on the detailed headcount budget i.e. approved headcount, respective personnel cost and training cost for the forecast plan and annual budget plan
  • Lead employment process in line with legal requirements and company procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Exposure from oil & gas industry.
  • Able to work in fast pace working environment.
