Job Responsibilities
To be HR Business Partner for the organisation, which to execute and implement the overall HR solutions and strategies to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
To identify HR needs of the organisation in terms of structure, workforce plan and talent requirements, and to suggest for improvement.
To driving culture, engagement, change initiatives in the organisation.
To perform talent management such as training and development, performance management plan.
To execute HR projects aligned with company plan.
To handle Employee Relations and familiar with local rules and regulations.
Job Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or its equivalent.
10 years experience preferably in manufacturing industry.
Good command of English.
