A rapidly growing company in Batu Kawan is seeking for HR Executive to oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations. This role requires at least 2-5 years of HR generalist experience.
Job Responsibilities
Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Assist in training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Manage staff leave, attendance records, and disciplinary matters.
Support work permit applications, renewals, and other statutory requirements.
Occasionally assist in general administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
At least 2-5 years of HR experience (HR generalist experience is preferred).
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR software.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
