JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning, formulation, implementation and operation of HR matters (includes retail store matters)
- Performance evaluation, promotion, grading system, organization system
- Salary benchmarking, bonus, staffs welfare & benefit.
- Preparation of relevant HR documents eg employment contracts, HR policies, employee handbook & etc.
- Incentive design (goal setting/shared sense of achievement)
- Payroll processing.
- Identify training needs and develop training & development programs.
- Responsible for Human Resource reporting and compilation of reports and information.
- Ensure HR compliance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Exposure from retail/F&B industry.
- Familiar with local HR laws/acts.
