JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
- Job Scope:
- Ensure efficient and cost effective general affairs and office administration to support and improve operational competitiveness
- Responsible for effective administration of Admin & HR function
- Responsible in Recruitment and Selection to ensure sufficient on-time fulfillment of manpower requirement
- Identify training and skill development opportunities relevant in manufacturing industry for continuous learning.
- Develop and execute effective Performance Management system
- Develop a comprehensive HR Policy in line with market and industry practice
- Lead and implement best practices that will upkeep work discipline and team spirit in the company
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Studies or its equivalent.
- At least 10 years of working experience in HR field (manufacturing industry) with minimum 5 years in managerial/leader position.
- Familiar in full spectrum of HR functions including Industrial Relations.
- Good working knowledge and contacts with relevant Malaysian Authorities relating to employment practices
- Must be assertive with high integrity and professional ethics
- Dynamic team leader with excellent leadership qualities and people management Skills
