JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible in the full spectrum of HR.
- Responsible in the recruitment, training and providing orientation to new employees.
- Implementing internal and mandatory training programs according to regulations and labour laws.
- Developing KPIs system, implementing the process of evaluating and rewarding employees.
- Implementing and supervising the work of attendance management, salary calculation, social insurance, personal income tax.
- Communicating and working with government departments: Social insurance, fire prevention and fighting, Labor management department, etc.
- Advising and proposing to the director board on issues in the field of human resources such as: organizational structure, training and recruitment, salary and bonus plans, welfare regimes for employees, regulations of labor law, handling situations occurring in production labor, issue between the company and employees or between employees, etc.
- Planning, reporting and implementing company events.
- Other tasks assigned by director or from regional headquarter HR.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resource or related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR Management with the exposure in manufacturing industry.
- Experience in dealing with government departments.
