JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To lead quality department and monitor overall product quality from raw material, production processes to finished product.
- • To oversee inspection and verification of raw materials, packaging, in‑process goods, finished products, products testings as per compliance standards.
- They lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non‑conformance issues, customer complaints, and audit findings.
- To manage and ensure the proper implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) as well as recommending appropriate Continuous Quality Improvement strategies from time to time.
- To lead customers’ audits as well as third party certification audits (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL etc.).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 8 years of experience in Quality Management roles in Food Manufacturing industry.
Well-versed in implementation of Food Quality Standards and Quality Management System.
